Two different detection systems are available to detect Strep-tag™II as well as One-Strep-tag at the N-terminus, C-terminus or internally: a) Labelled or unlabelled monoclonal antibodies b) Labelled Strep-Tactin™ proteins. TheStrep-tag™ protein detection system provides a means for a broad variety of assays, including:

• Colony blot, dot blot, Western blot and ELISA procedures
• Screening for positive expression clones
• Monitoring expression levels and stability of Strep-tag™ proteins
• Immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry
• Protein localisation and targeting studies
• 0.075mL is sufficient to develop 25 to 30 Western Blots using 10mL incubation volume each
