Application
Cesium hydroxide (CsOH·H2O) can efficiently catalyze the addition of alcohols, substituted anilines and heterocyclic amines to phenylacetylene to afford substituted enol ethers and enamines. It may be used to prepare cesium silicate geopolymer,[1][3]cesium 4-methylbenzenesulfonate.
