Description

The G155-228 antibody is specific for the hapten trinitrophenol (TNP), a hapten not expressed on non-human primate cells or non-human primate cell lines. In the absence of specific binding, this immunoglobulin may bind non-specifically to Fc receptors. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
